Risk Assessment of Lift-Jacking Accidents Using FFTA-FMEA

Lift-jacking accidents are one of the five common in lift field, characterised as a high hazard. In addition, it is difficult to obtain absolute probabilities risk factors for which ambiguous and uncertain. order solve related problems perform comprehensive assessment lift-jacking accidents, methodology integrated with FFTA (Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis) FMEA (Failure Mode Effects has been proposed. First, qualitative analysis fault tree was applied identify TE (Top Event). Then, hybrid approach fuzzy set theory weight investigated quantify probability every BE (Bottom Event), quantitative conducted. Finally, an analytical model constructed by linking through indicator conversion, leads overall evaluation. An application on real project example shows that (1) FFTA-FMEA can aggregate expert opinions effectively eliminate ambiguity uncertainty accidents. (2) The medium high-risk multi-angle, deeper, precise level. method offers theoretical framework development preventive measures safety management strategies practical reliability engineering demonstrates its convenience efficiency, indicating significant value this field.
